About the event
We Are Each Others Harvest: Healing Justice Space for Formerly Incarcerated Womxn invites womxn impacted by the system to participate in a healing justice environment for connection, reflection, and collaboration. The experiences of formerly incarcerated womxn are often overlooked and ignored. We will delve into topics such as restoration, transformation, life after incarceration, and collective action.
We are each other's harvest, and our experiences carry seeds that can be planted, nurtured, and bloom into individual and collective change for the next group of womxn who may find themselves in our garden beds.
We'll offer sound healing, breath work, and a circle. This is a politicized healing space created by Some Things Must Be Heard; Spitting and Politicking and Whitwell Global.
